It can be very hard to watch a loved one struggle with addiction. This group can provide you with feedback from others who are experiencing the same struggle. You will learn how to set healthy boundaries without any guilt or shame. Through a psychoeducational approach this group will provide you with a better understanding of the disease of addiction. You will also learn how Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills can help you support a loved one without enabling them. The goal of this group is to provide empowerment, support and coping tools to create a healthier relationship with your loved one struggling with the disease of addiction.
